‘s autopsy report has been released.
According to the document obtained by TMZ, a small amount of both alcohol and MDMA (ecstasy) were present in the Linkin Park singer’s body when he committed suicide on July 20. Police also found a prescription bottle of Zolpidem (generic Ambien) on the dresser.
In the room where Chester was found, authorities found a half-empty pint of Corona and empty bottle of Stella Artois. The 41-year-old still had his boarding pass in his pocket from his flight from Phoenix to LAX the day before.
There were pieces of fingernail lingering underneath the celeb’s iPhone — which his wife, Talinda, told cops was a habit of Chester’s whenever he felt anxious.
The evidence also mentions there were handwritten and typed “apparent biographies” found in the nightstands, but no suicide note.
We’ll keep you posted if any other news of the musician’s death comes to light — but in the meantime, our hearts are with Chester’s loved ones during this tragic time.
