Karma has been restored in the jungle thanks to a pack of lions reportedly mauling a poacher to death in Limpopo, South Africa.
Police say a 46-year-old old man suspected of entering a private game reserve to poach lions was killed on Friday night just outside of Kruger National Park.
Officials found a rifle and ammunition near his nearly consumed remains the next morning, discovering that the big cats had chowed down on everything but his head.
Limpopo police spokesman Moatshe Ngoepe told AFP:
“It seems the victim was poaching in the game park when he was attacked and killed by lions. They ate his body, nearly all of it, and just left his head and some remains.”
The victim has not been identified.
